I agree, that is a good insurance policy. But I still wonder how much we'd need to even fund the arbitration process to the end. As we know, arbitration takes about 2-5 years until conclusion and even after you win, you need to collect. So, with the interest payments and bonds due before arbitration would conclude, would we have enough? I don't know. Let's hope it doesn't go there!
