The Tribunal is reconstituted. Its members are: Vaughan Lowe (British), President; Charles N. Brower (U.S.); and Brigitte Stern (French).

after all these years it seems like the vannessa case is drawing to a close. it will be interesting to see what happens and when. since GRZ filed its claim 3 more cases have been filed with more to come, bringing the total of pending cases against venezuela to 11, vannessa being the oldest since 04'....
