First off let me just say I am not Roy Carson. In fact if you've seen the nasty emails I've gotten from RC (when I've attacked his website's paid-to-print "journalism") then you wouldn't ask me if I'm Carson. Or if you've ever met me over the years at the AGMs or in private meetings I've had at KRY headquarters in Toronto, or meetings with Oppenheimer, Marshall, Bruce or Fung, Andrea etc, then you'd know I'm much better looking than Roy Carson.

Second, I had not read the article on Vheadlines when I posed the Russian question. In fact that question was one of the questions I posed online during the webcast Q and A. It was one of several questions that got ignored.

I think Roy Carson is a joke and he is only exploiting the confusion surrounding this soap opera/tragedy we call Las Cristinas. He's good at it because he has A LOT of practice.

But his article..... and my question...... are legitimate: What the hell is going on Ven?

What do they want?

KRY's statements on LC just never seem to match up (over many years) with any official show of support in Ven.

Why?

I once asked Todd Bruce and Richard Marshall what does Chavez want and they said something to the effect, "Honestly we never talk directly to him so we never know what he wants. Not even his ministers know what he intends to do or say from day-to-day. That's the crux of the problem."

So....here we are again with uncertainty and at .44 cents you see that the market hates uncertainty.

PS. My thanks to anyone who posted some supporting comments about me. I understand everyone's frustration and I'm not trying to add to it. But I've held 300K shares since 1999 so I think it's clear I want this to turn out well for all of us.

Time will tell what will happen in the future but I stand by my statements in regards to history: There is no such word as "deadline" in the Vennie language and no such concept as a sure thing when it comes to Commie Nut Hugo Chavez.
