There are two companies in China with similar names and competitors in the same business area.

CRCC (China Railway Construction Corportation) The competitor

CREC (China Railway Engineering Corporation) Our future JV partner's parent company

If you look up CRRC at wikipedia you get "Combat Rubber Raiding Craft", hmm.
