a couple comments I heard afterwards.....

1/ Kahn is back in control... and he will be hand ing out the permit and he is committed to getting this done.... I know, I know, deja vu..... a few years back.

2/ Russians were never really in this.... interesting.....

just my thought: Li Ka Shing must have been a big player in all this... just like bob, they work the deals from the back... this has always been the bob and Li show. How many family dinners have they had when this was the hot topic????
