You maybe correct but I have to think the other issue that CRRC/CREC wanted a sign off on was an export license to sell gold. Where they have an agreement yet or not it would be made public till it comes from VZ. Wouldn't look good for VZ to be caving in to Chinese demands. You can bet that Hugo will take credit for fixing this restrictive law and we will benefit. With no gold production till the start of 2013 the law isn't a problem currently.

I'm using 2013 because the old SNC plans called for 24 months to build the mine. CREC has the equipment there already and given RF talking about how the railway will be completed in 2011 to show how efficient they are, I'm guessing it won't take more that 2 years.
