We expect to get the JV signed and approved by the shareholders this summer.

We expect the CRRC to get the needed permit.

We don't know yet how much we will lose in Ven due to gold sale laws and taxes.

We have no guarantee the permit will come but we're hopeful sometime in the third quarter.

Writing a question on the webcast, to be asked at the Q&A, is a waste of time
