The naysayers would have you believe that the deal with CRRC is a mirage, that the underwriters and management are all a fraud.

My firm belief is that we vote, the permit comes and the deal gets done.

I will not post anymore till the permit comes. When the permit does come all the naysayers (we know who you are) will be proved wrong but as always by then they will be on the band-wagon.
