Clarification by our mgmt team?

We've had clarification from our mgmt team for years nothing was wrong and that it was all steam ahead and that the permit was coming next week, etc, etc. It didn't happen.

No one is saying that this won't be our time. I personally think it will BUT, some posters are simply saying, keep an eye open for pitfalls. I also thought it was our time 5 years ago and that NOTHING could go wrong. I was wrong then and it's at least remotely possible we all could be wrong this time too. Is that so terribly wrong to discuss here? Or should we all just keep drinking the Kool Aid with our blinders on?
