fung is not chinese.....he's baystreet....that's why we get BIG NEWS on no permit.... with lots of words like "contigent", tentative", "most likely", and then a disclaimer that's longer than the original story.

the chinese gov entities come out with stories like "we purchased venezuela for $100,393,928,000,000 yaun"....not a lot of BS there. that's what i like about them....

and i'd keep that in mind when someone says the chinese are doing this because of thier love for a brother....chinas doing this because they can, it's a great deal for them if they get the permit...but dont think for one second that the chinese would risk business dealings with venezuela to save kry......

what benefit is there to crec to issue a PR on a deal that is not completed? it's in crecs (and the chinese government) interest to stay quiet until its completed...
