EZ, i know! i'm just pointing out that the chinese are'nt making a big deal about the "tentative agreement" because as of right now, it means nothing. once/if they have secured the permit i'm sure they'll have some good PR's because they got a great bargain... but until then it really does'nt affect their bottom line or appease angry shareholders. kry on the other hand really needed to show something was being done and there is hope for the future...especially before the AGM.

in any case i dont see how it would affect the chinese. kry would file for arbitration (assuming they have the financing). it's venezuelas problem...not chinas
