First off thanks for the speedy reply. I think this message board is a much more coherent forum for traders than those other yahoos mumbling about spaghettios?

Second, I would consider going long this trade if what most longs here say is accurate about VZ receiving 40% and only 40%, and not eventually nationalizing LC. As most longs know though, when it comes to HUGO there is no guarantees as I have seen over the past many years in following (from a distance) this company. I must admit though that now that the company has my attention, I haven't done all the DD necessary yet to become a long.

That being said, I like the new angle in the China-KRY jv. I think that it is the only plausible way for KRY to ever succeed in VZ, and your explanation if correct of the 40% tithe is a definite working scenario for all parties (WIN, WIN, WIN).
