I don't neccesarily "believe" it will. I am hoping the China connection will influence it too come together. Like I said before, the potential is there and I'm taking my chances. No guarantee though.

If you are comparing the risk in Vz investing to the risk in stock market investing in general, what book have you been reading? That's the basis of the skeptical side here, VZ, not the general stock market.
