To attend:

1. Can you just walk in by showing your ID like driver's license? Would they have your name as a stockholder to verify?

2. Can you bring a friend (spouse) who is not a stockholder?

3. How many usually show up for KRY AGMs? Like is it really crowded?

4. Maybe they'll have nametags - I'll have "ANTI-" on mine.
