Ven may surprise all of us by granting the permit this weekend. But that’s not what I expect.
I expect them to miss whatever deadline we believe is in place. Be it the end of July or the end of August or the end of Sept. Whatever deadline we believe is now in place, due to the proposed JV with China, I think the Ven will miss it.
I can’t predict the future. I can only look at the past and, in the past, the word deadline has not been in the Vennie’s vocabulary and they’ve never met a deadline yet.
All this may be different now because of our new commie Chinese pals but, keep in mind, not even Hugo gets what he wants in Ven, when he wants it.
Ven is such a corrupt country, full of useless “let’s take another meeting” morons that nothing gets done on time.
There’s a reason Ven is ranked near the top of all countries where foreign investors should not invest.
The main reason is Hugo...... but it ain’t all his fault, except for the fact, that he’s filled his government with windbag Bolivarian idiots who expect bribes everyday just to show up to work.
And even if the permit comes I would not expect the pps to skyrocket unless there were credible rumors of buy-out bidding for KRY.
