I think a little of both. This deal was but together over a long period of time. The news release was the wording of the chinese, KRY's wording will come out at the conference.

It is my understanding that the entire deal will be but together end of july and each party will bring to the table what is neccesary to complete the deal or have it in hand perior to the deal ie the permit CHINESE)and share holders vote (KRY).
