We are not being reimbursed for the money already spent as far as I can tell. We may get some kind of credit for some of what we've spent in the future. Maybe.

If we had been clearly reimbursed for even a reasonable proportion of what we have invested there would be no need for further dilution and our SP would be much higher right now.
