What I am saying is that clearly stating that we would be reimbursed for 2/3 of our investment based on the new 1/3 -2/3 ownership of the MOC would have cast this deal in a whole different light.

The need for more dilution and the current SP says everything that needs to be said about the quality of this deal and its treatment of those who bought in at much higher prices and financed the 500 million dollar investment that KRY has made in LC.
