i would guess there would be a demand for this deal...you buy shares at/below recent average and you get a 1 yr option at .70 for free..... i'll take 100 shares worth...

at a price of CDN$0.50 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for gross proceeds to Crystallex of CDN$35,000,000. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one Common Share at a price of CDN$0.70 for a period of one year following the date of issue.
