I saw this originally but it didn't register with me till now. The last point is (j) the Updated Cost Report shall have been received.
Unless I'm missing something this means the new cost and resource estimate will be done before closing and probably our vote. We will not be talking about 16.9 million ounces at $550. We will be dealing with a number around 25 million at a price over $1000 an ounce.
Anyone worried about share price should have comfort realizing that assuming the permit is issued and we have a new resource and cost report our value will be much higher than even the figures we have thrown around.
