This is one of the more interesting bits in the news. This may be a very valid reason for price suppression and maybe a set up for buying kry out of Vz on the cheap after this deal closes. Seems very plausible to me as Vz ha been obvious as hell they don't want kry in there to this point and this may be a way out. JMO.

I thought this was headed to arbitration too, the saga continues.
