teut, awesome digging...

could'nt the july 31st deadline just be to force shareholders to accept the deal? if there are no other offers by july 31st kry will have a short lifespan...

does the termination fee work both ways? if crrc terminates the deal do they owe kry? this sounds like a good safety net if so...

at first glance, i like it. it beats arbitration and BK if the permit is actually lined up...
