The agreement reads very well.

I stand corrected. Closing date is after shareholder approval and not the July 31st date.

One thing I did have clarified is that max. CRRC ownership is 19.9 %. This includes the USD 2.5 million option, note credit facility and equity financing.

A new optimized mill plan to handle the 25 - 30 million oz's will probably occur post closing.

Looking good.

I wouldn't be a seller today. Lots of shorting yday. They will have to cover.
