I get that as I stated.

Will have to wait for the filing to see how sunk costs are treated.

Also, what will VZ want? Will the MOC stand or will a jv have to be established with VZ? The press release implies LC will be mined under existing contract but until permit/approvals are issued and deal is closed next quarter we won't know.

Hard to price until we get the filing and then have to make some assumptions.
