dparge. the difference for every 10c in price is 250000. Initial cost was "estimated" to be $300M. Thats the 20tpd minimum. Expansion to the 40tps requires more dough and as we all know things are ALWAYS on budget, especially with the efficient workers in VZ!!

If it was you who had the ability to get your hands on 20+million ozs and you passed on getting shares for that 250K and saw the opportunity get away from you, would you say, "thats OK I got my 250K anyway!"
