I'm not sure what determinants the TSX uses to request a Company to issue a statement.

In the past I've noticed that 2 - 3 times average daily volume and a +40 % move (up or down) would result in the exchange requesting some clarification.

We are not close to that at present basis today's trading. Having said that, the day is still early.
