I attempted on a couple of occasions to get out of RM a confirmation that crystallex is in fact working with a partner out of china based on comments made by Mr. Fung in the recent annual report. The only response he is able to make is "Crystallex is current with its disclosure and does not comment on rumors and speculation." Honestly, I did not expect him to answer my question; I mean he can't legally. But his silence on other emails was deafening. There must be a reason why they have not filed for abritration and the only one I can see is they are working with a perferred partner (I really hated to his that term) accepted by Mr. Chavez.
