to all,

hugo has signed bi-lateral agreements with the west, the east, the middle east, and the far east.....and it kinda seems to me that he has broken them all...

what happens when the dust settles?....somebody has to be the one in the barrel...

right now, i'd say china has the best seat, but man.....is'nt somebody gonna get po'd enough to make hugo an "ex-el presidente"?
