I don't know Pen but it is a thought. I believe the investor has all the way to November now to convert if they chose to wait. My feeling is that the conversion will be an early signal that we are very close that is why I was wondering on the time frame from if they chose to convert how soon does it have to be reported. A day, week or longer? Those who know about the conversion definately have a trading advantage.
