makin, kry aside, i've been wondering what happens when venezuela falls apart?

ven will owe the west $40+bil, and ven will owe the chinese/russians $40+bil... we all have bi-lateral agreements and rights to sieze ven property overseas.

somebody, somewhere is gonna get burned... man, what a mess.
