i know there's very little attention/respect for this case here but i think it's more important to our cause than most give it credit for..

regardless of how shady the transaction was when vannessa acquired LC the fact remains that by not allowing LC to open hugo has created a good argument to take "lost profit/earnings" out of vannessas case (even though i believe placer was fully permitted to open the mine).

the argument is as follows: how can vannessa claim lost profits if the mine would'nt have been allowed due to environmental concerns?

also, vannessa is the oldest stale case in all of venz arb cases...should vannessa actually be awarded (say $120mil)...what does that make kry's case worth? i dont think $2bil is at all out of the question...

at this point, the quicker and more vannessa is awarded, the better for us..
