The Chinese have the clout and money to get Hugo to do just about anything. They are smarter than the Russians because you don't see them in the headlines. If RF has been making a deal with the Chinese I don't see how Hugo can screw us. That is probably why we are now seeing Kry listed as possibly being in the mix when mining LC is mentioned.

I believe RF has out maneuvered Hugo by making a deal with the Chinese. I also believe that as our money becomes an issue in June we will see more from out potential strategic investor. The Chinese may even be the ones negotiating with VZ for the LC permit as well as an export license for the gold. I don't see China saying their ok with the current exchange rate.
