i have to give kry its credit due however...it looked like kry would be BK before and "suprise!" they have another couple million in the bank and a few more months of survivability.....

like makin said, this upcoming noteholder payment does look like a pretty unsermountable object without a partner/investor of some kind...

question is: who the hell is gonna invest in venezuela?

if the chinese or russians dont buy us out ("out of the way")...then i think by july we'll be in arbitration, financed by some "arbitration type investor"...

and who knows then what we'll see happen to the PPS? for all i know it could go to 0 or $1.. how much is kry's case worth after you figure in a new investor, old debt, 5 years of wait and an uncertain outcome??? not my specialty....not something i want to hold...
