With any luck, the appeal will be denied soon and the legal fees recovered from the noteholders will be used to pay the noteholders the July 10th (or somewhere around there) interest payment.

It does get a little old -- all the drama about the cash status, with Fung pulling a rabbit out of the hat at the last minute.
