Sources of the CVG indicated that it is an error, but in that case is necessary that the Decree with the pertinent correction is reprinted.

The document indicates that next to the CVG they were transferred to the Vice-presidency the Foundation for the Development of the Region Western Center (Fudeco); the Corporation of Development of the Central Region (Corpocentro); the Corporation of Development of the Level ones (Corpollanos); the Corporation of Development of the Region of The $andes (Corpoandes); the Corporation of Development of the Region of Zulia (Corpozulia), the Corporation for the Recovery and Development of the State Vargas (Corpovargas), in liquidation state.

Article 2 of the decree indicates that the Vice-presidency of the Republic “will realise all the proceedings that are necessary, to the aims to adapt the beings mentioned in the previous article, to the allegiance anticipated in the present decree”.

The executive vice-president, Elías Jaua Milan, and minister of the Popular Power for the Planning and Finanzas, Jorge Giordani, are the ones in charge of the execution of the decree.

In agreement with the official document, the measurement is taken considering that “is to have of the State to cause the adjustment of its organs, beings and other structures according to the sectors that take care of” and “functionally to determine and to vary the allegiance of the beings of the decentralized public Administration”.
