Hundreds of people homeless of the mines of the Caura Stop, in the Sucre municipality of the state Bolivar, were bet in Main the 19, via a Caicara of the Orinoco, that unites to the organization with Amazon, protesting alternative that allows them to subsist with their families. Edgar Fuenmayor, one of the leaders of the manifestation, related that “the majority of that we went to those mines we are carpenters, bricklayers, watchmen, people whom they did not have what to do and they saw in those mines a form to feed his families, something that are not easy, because they are horrible conditions. Malaria, injures brave, plagues, all passes one over there”.

Possibilities to subsist
In view of the situation and the necessity the miners demand the national Government to give worthy uses they benefit that them. “And if the Government cannot fulfill any promise to us, that says it to us and that at least it lets to us work in the mines until December thus to obtain something of money”, Fuenmayor added.

Although the manifestation was initiated Wednesday, this Thursday there was a good number of people crowded in the state highway, demanding vindications and threatening radicalizing the actions if in the next hours nobody of Government visits the national them.

While the route remains closed, hundreds of people are running aground in the town of Maripa without being able to arrive at their destinies. Buses, gando them with fuel, trucks with foods, workers and suppliers have been affected by the protest, that presumably will be extended by today.

Military success
On a par of this conflict the Ministry of Communication and Information sent an official notice in which it inquires that Carlos Figueroa Bush, commander in chief minister of the Defense, stated “the success” of the Caura Plan, in that they have been dismantled more than 200 illegal campings, during a view done to the state Bolivar.

The civil servant was accompanied by the commanders-in-chief of all the components that integrate the National Armed Forces Bolivariana and by the commander of the Strategic Region of Integral Defense of Guayana, general major Henry Rangel Silva.
