There will be no instant gratifcation re getting the gold ming going...other than jobs, that I can see.

No gold bars to go to the coffers for 2 years or so........as we know, it seems that the Chavez government doesn't do 'forward thinking' very well. Maybe anytime there was the thought to deal with the permit issue, some beaurocrat thought, 'oh, there's no hurry, we won't see any $$$ for a couple years anyway', gotta go get my big mac..
