I was just wondering that myself, about an hour ago......I still think that he's going to do something for his 'illegals', and 'artisans'.....but who knows. First he'll announce that his government has organized 6 'Clean-up and Resoration Peoples Run Extraordinarry Committees' (CARPREC) to handle the 'rescue' of the stream beds and forests. Next breath, he' announce that he is supplying 1500 jobs, working at the Las Cristinas site, working for Crystallex. And finaaly, that he has 100 artisan concessions to be given to the first grauates of the 'Crystallex Enviromentally Safe and Sound Mining School"CESSMS)..each one needing 10-20 workers.

THEN, it's full steam ahead......lets have a contest to see which of us can come up with the winning announcement that will be made.....
