I just recieved a brief answer to my question to RM. The qyuestion, and his answer, are below..

Are there co-ops and or artisan miners working on land within the area covered by Crystallex's MOC. If so, are these miners sanctioned by Crystallex, and under their supervision. If so, are any within the disturbed area around the Las Claritas Camp, as seen on the satelite images.

The Government approved Coops, contemplated in the MOC, work at an area called Los Rojas which is outside of the Crystallex development and project plans although inside LC 4, 5, 6 & 7 and the MOC. The Coops are accountable to the CVG, MIBAM and I believe MinAmb.
