So with all the talk of gold backed bonds, increasing gold production, and all the destruction of illegal mining operations, it looks like Rusoro (the self proclaimed partner of choice) is on the outside looking in. Maybe all that Chinese money flowing in will result in a shift in Chavez loyalty to a big new Chinese mining operation.
