jj, i agree....kry has always had a tendency to recieve good news right after percieved bad news....

i'm just suprised that there's anyone still around that would actually sell on a nationalization threat...hugo's been saying the same crapola since 05'.....

to me, this is good news, at least the govt is doing something....nationalize, dont nationalize, JV, preferred contractor...who cares, just get off the fence and let's move on to mining, arbitration or something other than sitting and bleeding to death...
