pen, that's just it...i dont know....i know RM has said there are co-ops working on LC. i believe he was talking about the concessions that apply to kry...

we should probably just drop it, as it is our last concern at this point, but if it ever comes up dont be suprised if there has been some major digging done this last few years... i'm not sure how much that would really affect our plans though...

i'd still like to see some overheads of affected areas...does'nt seem like much to ask for..
