lots of scenarios here but getting back to the original question: "how this Chinese loan to Venezuela helps us",

i'd have to say the most basic answer is: venezuela now has money to do something with! before, ven was completely broke and could'nt settle or offer kry anything even if they wanted to....now, ven at least has the ability to pay us off, settle, start the project..
