CJR, Medoro Resources which also holds properties in VZ (Lo Incredible 4A and 4B) next to KRY's old La Victoria mine just recently filed their MD&A and it states they are still negotiating with the Ministry of Environment for their permit. They had previously stated that these negotiations began April 30, 2009 and the way I read their MD&A filed April 1, 2010 these negotiations are still going on.

Just a note. I do find it interesting that they say they are specifically negotiating with the Ministry of Environment and they don't say the Venezuelan gov't.
