GW you are on a rampage!

Just an opinion about the recent floating of new tax ideas by the house and senate.

Last week a one cent Federal nationwide sales tax idea was being floated, a few days ago a bill to raise the gasoline tax .15 cents per gallon was proposed. Congress is trying to prepare us for the eventuality of the Federal govt not to be able to borrow easily in the near future. If gold spikes suddenly the Dollar, Euro etc. will tank and prices will shoot up quickly fueling a more massive rush to precious metals and most commodities in general. This could all happen, I am in the gold soon to 1650 camp (on to 5000?). We shall see.
