Does anyone else feel the stock price recent increases can be partially attribited directly to Chavez's regieme beginning to show signs of weakening during the same time?

I think our shareprice is being positioned for the "big announcement"....a little higher to keep the peasants (that would be us) happy...but not too high such that it would "queer the deal" to be presented to the shareholders "sooner rather than later".
