Any thoughts for why they're doing this?

If we only knew who "they" are, that would answer some of the question.

In the morning Friday there were 2 large buy spikes that did not move the SP much around .40 avg equaling about 210k shares. Then about the same amount volume at the EOD which raised the price about .05 cents.

At this price and relitively low volume almost anything could be happening for a myriad of reasons, but not news from Friday's action, I am sure we would have got that by now.

If this is manipulation, it is not a short term strategy to spike SP and sell for less. IMO, long term plan since the bottom to paint an increasingly favorable chart, collect shares from weak hands along the way and later sell at a higher price.

Whatever the trading behavior, it does not change the fact this investment is going way higher or way lower on real events and not ending up @.40 cents no matter what "they" do.
