This works... China gets a secure source of crude, etc. Hugo gets 20 billion of badly needed buckolas. We get a Chinese partner and a reworked agreement but most importantly a Chinese partner. Hugo will not screw the Chinese... well, he might... but he'll only do it once.

BTW, CJR... funny or not, some things don't belong on a mining Company chat forum and something "mildly" rascist is still rascist. Just my opinion.
