i liked this story...it implies the military is concerned that hugo is trying to arm the population to subvert a "military coup", in fact causing a civil war....i wonder if hugo realizes that the majority of citizens probably are'nt willing now to lay down thier lives for him...this move could actually prompt the military to have a coup quicker.... if i was generalisimo bananhead i'd be thinking "mang, we gotta take dis guy out before the peoples get more guns..."

kry and LC aside... if hugo gets replaced by a chamber of commerce type leader (which i can see happening)...imo it's gonna be "open season" for investing in venezuela! now we just need a saavy business leader to talk to the military and get this party started.
