i liked this story...it implies the military is concerned that hugo is trying to arm the population to subvert a "military coup", in fact causing a civil war....i wonder if hugo realizes that the majority of citizens probably are'nt willing now to lay down thier lives for him...this move could actually prompt the military to have a coup quicker.... if i was generalisimo bananhead i'd be thinking "mang, we gotta take dis guy out before the peoples get more guns..."

All we can do is hope that his own military takes him out. This could be a bloody September. No doubt, there is already dissention within the ranks. A good thing.
